Passionate about supporting people from all walks of life in feeling more at home in their bodies, Aleisha works with clients managing overuse injuries from work or sport, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, addressing headaches or TMJ dysfunction, or simply seeking maintenance for mobility and overall well-being. With an understanding of volleyball, soccer, and running, she brings an added layer of insight when working with athletes and active individuals.

Since 2020, Aleisha has been practicing as an RMT on the North Shore, where she’s loved building meaningful connections with her clients. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, she’s excited to move her practice closer to home in Vancouver and serve her own community.

She approaches each treatment with care, respect, and a commitment to each person’s unique needs. In a world that often prioritizes productivity over rest, Aleisha feels deeply grateful to offer space for healing, self-connection, and relief.

Outside the treatment room, she supports students as a teaching assistant in Langara College’s RMT Continuing Studies program—a role she finds incredibly rewarding and meaningful.

Michael is a Sport Candidate Member with the Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association who graduated Dean’s List from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Northern British Columbia.

With an extensive background in both traditional sports and resistance training, Michael has had more than his fair share of injuries. Being told to simply stop playing or stop lifting was advice he heard all too often, but it was rarely helpful or realistic, and it never addressed the root causes of his problems. It is from this personal experience that he draws his treatment style. Michael uses passive modalities such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, dynamic release, and myofascial release to achieve therapeutic outcomes. Simultaneously, he actively encourages and educates clients on movement, tailoring exercises to whatever level their body can handle. Through a combination of hands-on manual therapy and graded exposure to exercise, Michael helps his clients get back on track for long-term success.

In his spare time, Michael pursues competitive powerlifting with the goal of competing on the national stage. A 105 kg competitor, his best performance earned him a gold medal at the 2024 BC Provincial Powerlifting Championships. He continues to push his limits during training to demonstrate to himself and his clients that it is the combination of smart strength training and guided rehab that keeps him performing at his best.
